1. Strict No Cancellation & No Refund Policy
All orders placed on Scan99 (including physical Pro Business Kits, acrylic stands, window stickers, and digital 1-Year Pro Passes) are STRICTLY NON-CANCELLABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
This is because:
- Custom Manufacturing: Each tabletop stand and sticker set is custom UV-printed specifically with your shop's unique logo, name, and QR code, making it un-reusable for any other merchant.
- Instant Digital Access: Premium digital PNG downloads and the 1-Year No Watermark Pass are activated immediately upon payment.
2. Replacement Guarantee for Transit Damage
While refunds and cancellations are not permitted, we guarantee delivery of pristine physical products. If your acrylic stand or stickers arrive cracked or damaged during courier transit:
- Send an unboxing photo/video of the damaged parcel to support@scan99.shop within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will manufacture and dispatch a Free Replacement Stand to your shop at zero extra cost!
