By creating a Scan99 account or using a Scan99 page, you agree to these terms.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your shop's page and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be authorized to represent the business you create a page for.
Don't use Scan99 to publish illegal content, impersonate another business, or link to harmful or deceptive websites. We may suspend or remove pages that violate this.
You retain ownership of the shop name, bio, logo, and links you add. By publishing them on Scan99, you allow us to display them publicly on your shop's page and to generate a QR code linking to it.
Scan99 is provided "as is." We aim to keep it available and your data intact, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service and aren't liable for losses arising from downtime or data loss.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Scan99 after a change means you accept the updated terms.
