Scan99 ("we", "us") provides shop owners with a page builder and QR code generator. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
When you create a Scan99 account, we collect your email address, the shop name and links you add, and any logo image you upload. This information is stored securely with our cloud infrastructure provider and is used solely to run your shop's page.
Your shop's page (name, bio, logo, and links) is public by design — it's meant to be shared via your QR code and URL. Don't add information there that you don't want visible to anyone who visits your page.
We use your account information to operate your shop's page and to communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We use a third-party cloud infrastructure provider for authentication, database, and file storage. Links you add (e.g. WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram) direct visitors to those third-party services, which have their own privacy policies.
You can edit or remove your shop's information at any time from your dashboard. To delete your account entirely, contact us using the details below.
