Scan99 ("we", "us") delivers physical Pro Business Kits (printed acrylic tabletop stands and waterproof window decals) across India. This policy outlines our dispatch and delivery timelines.

1. Shipping Rates & Charges

We provide FREE Express Shipping Across India on all Pro Business Kit orders (₹999 all-inclusive). There are no hidden delivery fees at checkout.

2. Order Processing & Production Time

Each Pro Business Kit includes a custom-printed acrylic stand featuring your shop's unique QR code and logo. Physical production and UV printing take 24 to 48 hours after order placement.

3. Delivery Timelines

Orders are dispatched via our automated shipping partner (Shiprocket) through premier couriers including Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and Xpressbees. Estimated delivery times are:

• Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days post-dispatch.
• Rest of India: 3 to 6 business days post-dispatch.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order dispatches, an automated AWB tracking ID will be generated and displayed on your signed-in Scan99 Merchant Dashboard. You can click "Track Package" at any time for live updates.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your delivery address, city, pincode, and contact mobile number during checkout. If you need to update your shipping address, please notify us within 2 hours of placing the order at support@scan99.shop.
